Media Advisory - Environment and Climate Change Canada's Canadian Hurricane Centre - Ready for the 2016 hurricane season

HALIFAX, May 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Media representatives are advised that meteorologists from the Canadian Hurricane Centre will be available to discuss the upcoming 2016 hurricane season and the steps Canadians can take to be prepared.

Media will have the opportunity to ask questions at a technical briefing at Environment and Climate Change Canada's offices in Dartmouth. 

Media located outside of the Halifax Regional Municipality area may participate in the briefing via a moderated teleconference by calling 1‑877‑413‑4814 and using conference code 9992122. Media are asked to call 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to register. Late registrants may not be able to join the conference.
