Ottawa think tank proposes major policy overhaul

OTTAWA, March 12 /CNW Telbec/ - The Macdonald-Laurier Institute (MLI), a new Ottawa think tank, will be holding a Press Conference to present its first study, Free to Learn, which calls on the federal government to reform its funding of post secondary education for Aboriginal students. Brian Lee Crowley, Managing Director MLI, and Calvin Helin and Dave Snow, authors of Free to Learn will present the detailed findings of the report.
