Media Advisory - Critical Report on State of Canada's Defence Industry to be Released at CANSEC 2016

Major defence and security trade show to feature keynotes from key federal government ministers

OTTAWA, May 16, 2016 /CNW/ - The Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI) and Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada will release the State of Canada's Defence Industry 2014 report at CANSEC 2016, the country's largest global defence and security trade show.

The report will be released at a news conference followed by a technical briefing for CADSI members and media with an ISED representative.

CANSEC is also welcoming a number of prominent keynotes speakers at the conference.

  • Media should arrive 90 minutes in advance to give themselves ample time to move through security and pick up their media badges.
