Media Advisory - CPA Canada grows financial literacy program

VANCOUVER, June 25, 2015 /CNW/ - Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) hosts a training session this week for members looking to become financial literacy volunteers in their communities.

Canada's professional accountants are playing an active role in helping Canadians develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to make informed financial decisions. There are already more than 11,000 professional accountants registered, trained and prepared to conduct free financial sessions in communities across the country through CPA Canada's financial literacy program. The special training session in the Okanagan region will add to this growing volunteer network.
