OTTAWA, Sept. 30 /CNW Telbec/ - Canada is joining countries around the world to celebrate the Right to Know Week from September 28 to October 2, 2009.
The Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada has organized an International Panel under the theme 'ATI without Frontiers:' International Perspectives on Access to Information. Benefiting from the experience of world-renowned experts, this panel will assess freedom of information globally and examine current initiatives and obstacles to promoting greater access to official information held by national and international institutions.
