MONTRÉAL, Sept. 23, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - First Nations leaders and citizens, municipal leaders and local organizations will converge in downtown Montréal today for the Assembly of First Nations' (AFN) second Urban Outreach Forum. These Forums are designed to forge key dialogue on the issues and priorities impacting First Nations citizens living off reserve in urban centres. Both National Chief Perry Bellegarde and the AFN's Regional Chief for Québec and Labrador, Ghislain Picard, will participate in today's Forum.
