Mechtronix Systems to set up state-of-the-art customer service support and
call center

The Government of Canada Grants C$1.2 Million to the Montreal Aviation Simulation Company as a Contribution to their Initiative

MONTREAL, July 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Mechtronix Systems Inc., an MWC company, a world leading manufacturer of Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs), today announced the set up of a high standard world scale service support center all in a continued dedication to provide first class service to its worldwide customers. This large and strategic investment is partly financed by a refundable grant of C$1.2 million from Canadian Economic Development (CED) within the Business and Regional Growth program of Canada's Economic Action Plan. The brand-new service support and call center will be central in Mechtronix Systems' efforts to grow on the international scene and further broaden its presence worldwide in markets such as Asia-Pacific, South America, the Middle East and China.

The service support and call center will enable real time communication with and support of Mechtronix Systems customers and teams of engineers and technicians located around the globe. With this new technology, Mechtronix will be able to accommodate customers' requests much faster providing a unique experience in terms of problem resolution. Besides representing a total investment of over C$3 million, the brand-new call center allows the creation of new high quality jobs directly and indirectly as Mechtronix Systems enhanced business performances will lead to significant revenue growth.
