"During Q3 2016 we executed on our plans to expand software and service offerings with the launch of two Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools, including McorpCX | Persona and a new release of McorpCX | Insights," said Michael Hinshaw, McorpCX President and CEO. "In addition, our revenues increased compared to both the second quarter of 2016 and the third quarter of 2015, primarily as a result of increased revenues from consulting services."
Third Quarter 2016 Corporate Highlights include:
- Launched two Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools, McorpCX | Persona and a new release McorpCX | Insights (now powered by Microsoft Azure) to the market.
- Revenue for the quarter increased 76% from the third quarter of 2015.
- Cash position remains strong at approximately US$2.24 million as of September 30, 2016.
