A former partner with another Canadian consulting firm, Mr. Papillon holds more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits and actuarial consulting field. Prior to this, he worked for several employee benefits consulting firms at various senior levels. He brings expertise in a number of areas, including actuarial services, team leadership and business management, is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and has earned an MBA from HEC Montréal.
