CALGARY, Jan. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Lycée Louis Pasteur proudly supports chef
Steve Glavicich as he goes to battle on the Canadian version of Chopped. The show airs this Thursday January 23rd, 2014 on Food Network Canada.
A chef since 1994 with years of restaurant, hotel, and catering
experience, Steve is the Lycee's hot lunch program caterer. Steve's
cuisine exemplifies quality and diverse cooking styles and influences.
He emphasizes the use of fresh, local, organic, seasonal ingredients
that are creatively presented to suit the developing palates of our
students, aged 3 years to grade 12.
"Our Hot Lunch program is unique among Calgary schools, because very
special care has been taken to provide a quality product, with varied
and balanced meals that meet or exceed Canada's Food Guide
recommendations," says Hervé Gagliardi, Head of School at Lycée Louis Pasteur. "Chef Steve is always responsive when it comes to our many requests and
has become a true partner in our program's success with our students
