Lotto Max - 2 Maxmillions were won yesterday - The February 3rd draw will offer a $50 million jackpot and approximately 10 Maxmillions

MONTREAL, Jan. 28, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - 2 Maxmillions ($1 million each) were won in last night's Lotto Max draw thanks to selections sold in BC (1 selection) and in the Prairies (1 selection). The Friday, February 3rd, draw will therefore offer total prizes worth about $60 million, including the $50 million jackpot and approximately 10 $1 million dollar prize(s). The number of Maxmillions includes those that were not won in the January 27th draw in addition to those generated from new sales for the next draw.

With Lotto Max, any amount over the $50 million jackpot is divided into $1 million prizes called Maxmillions. For each Maxmillions, an additional selection of 7 numbers between 1 and 49 is drawn. These selections are not decomposable and prizes may be shared by winners.
