- LODH Opus - Diversified Canadian Equity Fund, - LODH Opus - American Equity Fund, - LODH Opus - Canadian Small Capitalization Equity Fund, - LODH Opus - EAFE Equity Fund, - LODH Opus - Money Market Fund, and - LODH Opus - Fixed Income Fund (collectively the "Funds")
As a result of the applicable securities regulatory authorities granting an order for the revocation of the reporting issuer status of the Funds, the Funds will still be subject to applicable securities laws, although will no longer be subject to the requirements of National Instrument 81-101 - Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure, National Instrument 81-102 - Mutual Funds, National Instrument 81-107 - Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds and certain requirements of National Instrument 81-106 - Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure. This will not have any impact on the taxation or the administrative management of the Funds.
Holders of units of the Funds who wish to do so may sell or redeem their units (in accordance with the manner described in the simplified prospectus of the Funds) at any time prior to the date on which the applicable securities regulatory authorities approve the revocation of the reporting issuer status of the Funds.
