"Last year, we added in LFP certified apple cider, which has turned out to be a huge favorite with our clients, quickly eclipsing our demand for ciders made from conventional products. This year we have added in the option of organic hops for brewing beer. We received samples of the hops and our test batches continue to emphasize the benefits of buying fresh and local, as the hop aromatics literally leap out of the glass."
