Local startup denim company to make Toronto Mayor Rob Ford cycling jeans

TORONTO, Oct. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Designer Chandel Bodner and Modrobes founder Steven Sal Debus have teamed up on a crowdsourcing project to do locally made women's cycling jeans.

They also plan to make a pair of these cycling jeans for the "anti-cycling" Mayor of Toronto Rob Ford.

"Mayor Ford repeatedly talks about creating jobs and helping the local economy. If we succeed we'll potentially be creating hundreds of jobs in this city.  We want the Mayor to know that supporting a cycling inspired company means more good jobs in this city.  So if we meet our goal, we will personally fit and deliver the jeans to the Mayor."

"Ride Your Bike" Denim is focused on creating jeans for women that fit, breathe and stretch as you ride.

The RYB jean features a unique seamless, seat gusset, moisture wicking denim and technical features to make cycling a more comfortable and fashionable experience for women.
