MONTREAL, Aug. 18, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Les Excavations Payette Ltée, a Montreal-based company and member of Fayolle Canada Group, owned by a Canadian resident, announced today that it acquired certain assets of the Hexagone Group. This acquisition includes assets related to the following expertise areas: sewers and aqueducts, asphalt, curbs and sidewalks as well as assets of the Houle-H2O subsidiary.
All jobs related to these assets will be maintained as part of the acquisition. This transaction enables us to broaden our range of services and enhance the synergy within the group".

The transaction will be finalized on September 1, 2014.
