(the "Fund") announced today that at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Fund held on February 26, 2015 (the "Meeting"), shareholders approved all matters of business, including a special resolution authorizing the voluntary liquidation and dissolution of the Fund (the "Wind-Up"). As a result, the Fund will commence the Wind-Up process described in the management information circular dated February 3, 2015 (the "Circular") mailed to shareholders in connection with the Meeting. The Wind-Up remains subject to any necessary regulatory approvals.
