TORONTO, Dec. 30 /CNW/ - Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSXV: LME) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that an application has been made to the TSX Venture Exchange to reduce the exercise price of the warrants issued by the Corporation in connection with the private placement of flow-through and non-flow-through units completed on November 16, 2007 (the "Warrants"). The current exercise price of the Warrants is $0.20, and the Corporation has applied to reduce the exercise price to $0.11.
