Land Title and Survey Authority of BC Announces Office Consolidation in
Victoria and Launch of New Customer Service Centre
VANCOUVER, Aug. 23 /CNW/ - The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is pleased to announce that its Corporate Office, Surveyor General Division and Victoria Land Title Office are moving to a new consolidated location in the Atrium building.
The move will be conducted in two phases as follows:

Effective November 1, 2010, the LTSA will launch a Customer Service Centre for all customer inquiries province-wide pertaining to general information including land title and survey practice and policy matters.
By centralizing customer-facing functions, the Customer Service Centre will improve the LTSA's service response times and service consistency, and offer longer hours for inquiries. The hours of operation of Land Title Office and Office of the Surveyor General locations will not change. Customers should continue to contact the BC OnLine Help Desk at 1-800-663-6102 or 250-953-8200 for BC OnLine matters.
The Customer Service Centre telephone number will be 1-877-577-LTSA (5872), effective November 1, 2010. The Centre will operate Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except for statutory holidays.
