Canada's Top Family-Friendly Employers for 2013. The annual award
recognizes the most progressive and forward-thinking employers that

Employers are evaluated based on programs, initiatives and benefits
available to employees with young children. These include: maternity
and parental leave top-up payments, flexible work options, health
benefit plans offering family coverage, assistance with daycare and
programs promoting work-life balance - all programs in place at KPMG.
Evaluation is also based on how employers address emerging issues,
including benefits for adoptive parents and compassionate leave for
elderly parental care.
