Kevin Flynn Joins Rosetta to Lead Rogers Communications Team

<p><span class="xn-location">TORONTO</span>, <span class="xn-chron">May 4</span> /CNW/ -- <span class="xn-person">Kevin Flynn</span> has joined Rosetta, the largest independent interactive agency in the US, as Partner and Managing Director of its new <span class="xn-location">Toronto</span> office, the agency announced today. Flynn will lead the Rogers Communications Inc. account for Rosetta, which was named Rogers' interactive and direct marketing Agency of Record in February.  He will also oversee all management and operations functions for Rosetta's <span class="xn-location">Toronto</span> office.</p>

<p>Flynn comes to Rosetta from MacLaren MRM, where he served as Senior Vice President of Client Strategy and Engagement. In that role, he was responsible for driving business growth through the agency's client management group. He also served as Head of the Solutions Planning and Architecture Group, where he led the re-design of the agency's approach to integrated client solution development, with a particular focus on newer digital strategies.</p>

<p>Previously, Flynn served as Senior Vice President and Brand Director for Team Microsoft at MacLaren McCann. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Group Account Director at Wunderman in <span class="xn-location">Toronto</span>.  Flynn has extensive experience in B2C, B2B and C2C marketing across a range of categories, including telco, technology and financial services.  His experience spans offline and online CRM, interactive advertising, social media and mass market advertising.</p>
<p/>
<p>Rosetta expects to hire approximately 15-20 team members in <span class="xn-location">Toronto</span> within the next year. Marketing consulting job opportunities include creative, account management, relationship management strategy and website analytics and optimization roles. Rosetta expects to move into permanent offices in <span class="xn-location">Toronto</span> this summer.</p>
