$0.85 Per Unit Takes Total 2016 Distributions to 9.2%
TORONTO, Sept. 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Kensington Capital Advisors Inc. is pleased to announce a distribution to Unitholders of Kensington Private Equity Fund of $0.85 per Unit, for a total distribution of approximately $4.5 million, representing approximately 4.0% of the Fund's current Net Asset Value (NAV). The distribution will be paid on September 30, 2016 to Unitholders of record on September 29, 2016.
The current distribution reflects the strong performance of the Kensington Private Equity Fund in the past several months. As of September 30, the Fund will have distributed an aggregate of $1.95 per Unit in 2016, representing 9.2% of the current NAV. With total distributions of $9.7 million in 2016, the Fund now has six consecutive years of distributions to Unitholders.
