TORONTO, March 25 /CNW/ - Jennifer Nebesky and Marissa Lukaitis have joined Mansfield Communications as Vice-President, Operations and Senior Account Director respectively. Ms. Nebesky will directly manage the Canadian operations of Mansfield Communications and will be responsible for expanding their client base through new business development initiatives. Ms. Lukaitis, who will be based in Mansfield's new Ottawa office, will be responsible for managing account teams and providing strategic counsel on multiple agency accounts, as well as having significant involvement in new business development.

Prior to joining Mansfield, Ms. Nebesky was Vice President and General Manager of Thornley Fallis Communications where she was responsible for business development and managing a wide range of strategic communications plans for the firm's business and health care clients.
Ms. Nebesky began her career in communications at Bayer where she was responsible for media relations and internal communications during the re-launch of the company's brand in Canada. Ms. Nebesky has also taught media relations at Seneca College in the Corporate Communications program.
Before joining Mansfield Communications, Ms. Lukaitis was Account Director at Thornley Fallis Communications where she was responsible for providing strategic project planning and management, execution of communications plans and strategies, and measurement of targeted communications programs to her consumer and health care clients.
Ms. Lukaitis began her career at a Montreal based public relations agency, where she focused on the development and execution of several public education programs for key pharmaceutical corporations. Subsequently, Ms. Lukaitis worked as a communications consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she provided strategic counsel and support to a key Continuing Care e-Health project.
