VANCOUVER, Feb. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Jazz Resources Inc. (TSXV: JZR) regrets to announce that Doug Philip has passed away after a
lengthy battle with cancer.
Doug will be greatly missed both as a director of the Company and as a
friend. Doug contributed significantly to the emergence of Jazz
Resources Inc. as a public company.
The remaining directors of the Company, Bryan Glen, Jo Shearer, and Sean
Butler will continue to take care of the affairs of the Company.
