Jaguar announces Director resignation

TORONTO, April 28 /CNW/ - Jaguar Financial Corporation ("Jaguar") (TSX: JFC) today announced that Mr. Richard Pinkerton has resigned as a Director of the Board. Jaguar's Board thanks Mr. Pinkerton for his service to the Company, and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.

Jaguar's Board of Directors is now comprised of Mr. Vic Alboini (Chairman), Mr. Doug Fowler, Mr. Joe Panetta and Mr. John Welton.
