VANCOUVER, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - International KRL Resources Corp. (TSXV:IRK) (the "Company") today announced that it has closed the second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement and has issued 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.015 per Unit for gross proceeds of $60,000. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable for a period of 60 months from the date of issue at a price of $0.05 per share for the first 12 months and at a price of $0.10 per share for the balance of the term of the Warrant. The common shares and the shares to be issued upon exercise of the Warrants are subject to a hold period until January 17, 2010. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital.
