International Downtown Leaders Meet In Toronto

TORONTO, April 16 /CNW/ - The International Downtown Association and the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area host Beyond Management to Leadership, the International Downtown Association Leadership Retreat.

Prof. Sheldon Levy, President of Ryerson University and Glen Murray, former mayor of Winnipeg and newly elected Member of the Ontario Provincial Legislature headline a roster of speakers that will inform, challenge and inspire delegates.

Founded in 1954, the International Downtown Association has more than 550 member organizations worldwide, and is a world leader and champion for vital and liveable urban centres.

The Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area is committed to improving and promoting the Downtown Yonge area through investment and advocacy as the area maintains its position as Toronto's premier shopping, business and entertainment destination.
