MONTREAL, Oct. 13 /CNW Telbec/ - INTEGRIM, a leader in automated document processing, announced the launch of Sensaas, an a la carte service whereby documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, HR records, and all types of forms are managed electronically and intelligently over their entire life cycle in less time and at a lower cost. Using Sensaas leads to substantial savings in paper, time, and money.
"All that is required to use the service is a scanner and an Internet connection," said Patrick Galamé, President of INTEGRIM. "Sensaas meets the needs of businesses wishing to benefit from a robust and reliable automation solution without the usual IT requirements," he added.
In addition to speeding up document processing by as much as 10 times, Sensaas saves companies money. According to the Aberdeen Group, today's leading businesses reported cutting their invoice processing costs by 91%, thanks to automated solutions.
The process is simple. Documents are scanned and sent to INTEGRIM's Scanning Centre via a secure Web portal. Their content is extracted using optical character recognition (OCR) technology and then validated by an operator. Images of the documents are then transferred to a workflow, which handles the approval cycle. The extracted data can be retrieved via the Web portal for integration into the company's LOB System'.
