ING DIRECT's Ottawa Call Centre Wins Contact Centre of the Year Award

OTTAWA, June 30 /CNW/ - ING DIRECT's Ottawa Call Centre has been named the 2010 Contact Centre of the Year by the Ottawa Regional Contact Centre Association (ORCCA).

ING DIRECT also received awards for Excellence in Support, Customer Service Excellence and Manager of the Year. The awards were announced during the ORCCA Career Excellence Awards Gala, held earlier this month.
