, Ontario, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of
Canada
("IIROC") ordered, among other procedural matters, the following in the matter of Georges Bennaroch,
Linda Kent
,
Marjorie Ann Glover
and Credifinance Securities Limited (the "Respondents"):
(a) The hearing is scheduled to commence
March 15, 2010
.
The proposed hearing concerns matters for which the Respondents may be disciplined as a Regulated Persons of IIROC, pursuant to Part 10 of IIROC Dealer Member Rule 20.
IIROC formally initiated the investigation into the Respondents' conduct in
January 2004
. The violations occurred when the individual Respondents were Registered Representatives with the
Toronto
offices of Credifinance Securities Limited, a member firm of the IDA. The respondents Georges Benarroch and
Linda Kent
are no longer registrants of an IIROC-regulated firm. The respondent
Ann Glover
is currently an IIROC registrant. Effective
March 6, 2009
, a Hearing Panel of IIROC ordered the suspension of the membership rights and privileges of Credifinance Securities Limited and ordered that it immediately cease dealing with the public.
