Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) dismissed

IIROC is the national self-regulatory organization which oversees all
investment dealers and trading activity on debt and equity marketplaces
in Canada. Created in 2008 through the consolidation of the Investment
Dealers Association of Canada and Market Regulation Services Inc.,
