(TSXV: IFX) ("Imaflex" or the "Corporation") has granted incentive stock options (the "Options") to one employee entitling him to acquire up to 500,000 common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") for a period of five (5) years from the date of grant of the Options. The Options will vest over an 18 month period in equal semi-annual instalments with the first tranche vesting immediately at issuance. The Options are granted as of September 6, 2016 at an exercise price of $0.42 per Common Share and will be valid until September 6, 2021.
