BURNABY, BC, June 15 /CNW/ - Icron Technologies Corporation (TSX Venture: IT), the developers of ExtremeUSB(R), is pleased to announce results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on June 14, 2010 in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Kelly Edmison, Julian Elliott, Robert Jull, James Skippen and Robert Haefling were re-elected to the Board.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the Company.
