Holloway Lodging Corp. announces sale of Holiday Inn Express® in Myrtle Beach, SC

HALIFAX, Dec. 11, 2015 /CNW/ - Holloway Lodging Corporation (TSX: HLC, HLC.DB, HLC.DB.A) ("Holloway") is pleased to announce that it has sold the Holiday Inn Express® hotel located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The sale price for the hotel was $7.4 million representing a cap rate of 7.0%. Holloway expects to receive cash proceeds after repayment of the existing mortgage of $2.6 million, which it will initially apply to its revolving credit line.

Following this sale, all of Holloway's assets are located in Canada.
