selection of Jocelyn Lebell into the Women in Leadership Executive

The Women in Leadership Executive Development Program focuses on
developing women's own leadership style and preparing participants for
various leadership roles within the organisation over a rigorous 24
months that includes education, leadership assignments, mentoring and

Jocelyn`s program roadmap includes continuing to pursue the CPA-CMA
designation, an Airline Diploma, Executive Leadership Certificate, and
sharing responsibility for helping people connect to the world around
us through her leadership in three different business units over the
next 24 months.
Hawkair operates a fleet of four DeHavilland Dash-8 aircraft with
seating capacity from 37 to 50 passengers. Its route network includes
four cities, including Terrace-Kitimat, Prince Rupert, Smithers and
Vancouver. All aircraft offer passengers the highest level of comfort,
