NIAGARA FALLS, ON, Nov. 23, 2012 /CNW/ - Great Wolf Lodge has been
awarded the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council (CTHRC) Award for
Excellence in Human Resources and was also a finalist for the Air
Canada Business of the Year Award.
The Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) hosted the annual 2012
Canadian Tourism Awards, presented by The Toronto Star and VISA
Canada. The awards were presented at a gala dinner ceremony at the
Hilton Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, Quebec on Tuesday November 20, 2012.
The Canadian Tourism Awards are presented annually by TIAC to recognize
success, leadership and innovation in Canada's tourism industry.
Recipients are comprised of people, places, organizations and events
that have gone above and beyond in offering a superior tourism
experience to travellers in Canada. The Canadian Tourism Awards have
become the standard of excellence for businesses and organizations in
the travel industry, showcasing the nation's best tourism products,
services and experiences.
