Great customer feedback underpins Innova's 40th Anniversary brand upgrade

President and CEO Harry Wong said Innova's origins dated back to the establishment of acoustical engineering and noise control equipment supplier Higgott-Kane in 1977.

"Our 40-year anniversary marked the perfect time to also celebrate the unique attributes which have helped grow our business all these years by adopting a strong new logo and brand promise reflecting our qualities as a company," Mr. Wong said.

"We surveyed our customers, staff and management as part of the process to develop an enhanced and enduring brand to replace the logo we adopted quickly after TriWest Capital Partners purchased the business from ATCO Group in late 2015.

Mr. Wong said the overwhelmingly positive client feedback had been vital for development of the new logo and brand identity to reflect the company's purpose, core values and refined brand promise – "balance without compromise".
