Great Canadian Gaming receives governmental approvals for acquisition of Casino New Brunswick

RICHMOND, BC, Sept. 23, 2015 /CNW/ - Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [TSX:GC] ("the Company") announced today that it has received the necessary governmental approvals for its acquisition of the assets and undertaking of Casino New Brunswick from Sonco Gaming New Brunswick Limited Partnership, as first described in the Company's press release on May 12, 2015. With this final prerequisite now completed, the acquisition is expected to close in early October 2015.


Great Canadian Gaming Corporation operates gaming, entertainment and hospitality facilities in British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Washington State.
