Got a new computer for Christmas? Donate your old computer to someone in
need!

CALGARY, Jan. 14 /CNW/ - If you're one of the many people who received a new computer or laptop over the Holidays, you must be wondering what to do with your old system.

The answer is here, donate your items to ERA; a non profit organization in Calgary who collects computer and networking equipment to refurbish and reuse. Recipients of these refurnished systems are local non-profits, charities, children's centers and more.

Donations are welcome from businesses, colleges, universities, government departments and local residents. If any items are unusable, ERA proudly recycles it through the certified recycling program in Alberta.

ERA receives dozens of donation requests on a daily basis from a wide variety of organizations in Alberta. The constant need of more computers, laptops and other networking equipment being donated is always growing.

This month, ERA is donating a number of computers to Birthright Calgary, Stettler Information and Referral Centre, Ponoka Youth Centre, Elizabeth Fry Society of Edmonton and more! You can help many organizations and individuals in need by donating your computers!

Get involved in this great program! ERA offers pick-up services, drop off locations & hosts community round-ups! Visit www.era.ca today, or call 403-262-4488 and talk to one of the members of the ERA team!
