The center has about 19,000 square feet of production space and previously operated under the name Phil Smead's Auto Body.
"This is Gerber's second location in Battle Creek and adds to our strong presence in the state of Michigan," said Tim O'Day, President and COO of the Boyd Group's U.S. operations. "As we continue to expand in the state we are able to better serve our customers and insurance partners."
