Longo's and Lindt are giving children a taste of the hunt leading up to Easter weekend
VAUGHAN, ON, March 23, 2017 /CNW/ - Longo's is giving children of all ages the chance to hone their Easter Egg hunting prowess prior to the big weekend with store-wide hunts beginning on Friday, March 24 through to Thursday, April 13. Lindt has partnered with the family-owned grocery stores to treat participants who complete their Easter Egg Hunt ballots with a 10g Lindt Gold Bunny and the chance to win a Lindt prize basket valued at $50.
Starting on Friday, March 24, participants can pick up a ballot at the Personal Touches Services desk at any Longo's location*. As they shop and visit different departments within the store, they hunt for Lindt Easter Egg Hunt signs and note it on the corresponding spot on their ballot. Once the ballot is complete, they can return it to the Personal Touches Services desk to exchange it for a 10g Lindt Gold Bunny and the chance to win a Lindt prize basket valued at $50.
The draw for the grand prize at each store takes place on Saturday, April 15th and the winner will be contacted to claim their prize.
Lindt is also sponsoring Longo's Loft Cooking Classes available to children on Saturday, April 15th at participating locations where young chef's will learn to make Chocolate Pretzel Bunny Nests. As with all participants in the contest, every participant in the cooking class will receive a 10g Lindt Gold Bunny treat in addition to their Nests. (Registration required.
