<p><span class="xn-location">HOUSTON</span>, <span class="xn-chron">Aug. 9</span> /CNW/ --  Far East Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:   FEEC) announced today that its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders has been rescheduled to be held on <span class="xn-chron">Wednesday, January 12, 2011</span>, at <span class="xn-chron">10:00 a.m.</span>, local time, at the Crowne Plaza North Greenspoint, 425 N. <span class="xn-person">Sam Houston</span> Parkway E., <span class="xn-location">Houston</span>, Texas.  In conjunction with the new meeting date, the Board of Directors has established <span class="xn-chron">Monday, November 29, 2010</span>, as the record date for determining stockholders of record entitled to notice of, and to vote at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.</p>
