Environmental Solutions Worldwide Announces North American Therma Cat(TM)
Sales Surpass $4 Million for 2010

CONCORD, Ontario, May 12 /CNW/ -- Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ESWW) (Frankfurt Stock Exchange FWB: EOW) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary ESW Canada Inc. (ESWC) has received sales and initial test orders in excess of $4 million since the beginning of 2010 for the Company's proprietary California Air Resources Board (CARB) verified Therma Cat(TM) Active Level III Plus System.

The sales orders from the Company's North American distribution network represent Therma Cat(TM) applications for both On/Off-Road applications. The diversity of these applications include school buses, municipal vehicles, delivery trucks, sweepers, port forklifts, wheel loaders, excavators, graders, dozers, grinders and cranes.

The Therma Cat(TM) is an active diesel engine pollution-reducing technology utilizing an automatic electronic controlled hydro carbon based filter regeneration system without affecting the engines overall performance. The filter regenerations take place in real-time engine operation without the need for driver /operator interface and without vehicle/equipment downtime or daily maintenance intervals. This unique approach gives the Therma Cat(TM) a very diverse and large potential cross section and demographic of On/Off-Road applications.

David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO, commented, "The problem with previous retrofit technologies is that they either limited the vehicle or equipment use to a predefined operation, or required operator interaction limiting the vehicle or equipment availability during regular or multi-shift operations. These inconsistent solutions added additional costs in manpower and vehicle management that added to the retrofit device's initial purchase price and operational costs moving forward. We think the Therma Cat(TM) solves these costly and time-consuming issues."

"We believe the Therma Cat(TM) is quickly becoming the technology of choice in the diesel engine emissions retrofit market," Mr. Johnson further remarked. "Our unique approach to reducing the diesel emissions in low-temperature applications, without the need for driver/operator intervention, appears to be what the customers are looking for. Our distributor/dealers network is currently bidding the Therma Cat(TM) in a number of high-profile opportunities and we look forward to announcing the outcome of these bids moving forward."

About Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc.
