GUELPH, ON, June 3 /CNW/ - Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies Inc. ("ENPAR" or "the Company"), is very pleased to announce that ENPAR has established a Management Advisory Committee. The Committee will advise Management on strategic initiatives relating to marketing, finance, and business development.
Dr. Shelp commented, "The Committee will provide ENPAR Management with expanded business depth as we establish a footprint for sustainable growth. Given the differentiated expertise and business acumen of the Committee members under consideration, I am confident that they will provide insight and informed counsel as ENPAR moves our portfolio of novel, state-of-the-art water treatment technologies into the commercial stream throughout Canada and abroad.
Mr. Peter Bozzo, President of Nimbus Water Systems Inc., has been appointed to the Management Advisory Committee. Having assumed leadership of his company in 2005, Mr. Bozzo has successfully established a national sales and distribution network. Currently serving as President of the Canadian Water Quality Association (CWQA), Mr. Bozzo has been involved in the industry for fifteen years with experience on numerous boards and panels. He is developing an incubator enterprise, Go Bottleless Inc., which will focus on converting users of bottled water to Bottleless(R) water coolers.
