Eleven Evergreen Limited Partnership cease trade orders revoked
WINNIPEG, Aug. 30, 2016 /CNW/ - Eleven Evergreen Limited Partnership ("Eleven Evergreen") is pleased to announce that the Ontario Securities Commission (the "OSC") has granted a Section 144 order issued by the OSC revoking the cease trade order against Eleven Evergreen. The cease trade order was filed by the OSC on November 23rd, 2010. Eleven Evergreen is also pleased to announce that The Manitoba Securities Commission (the "MSC") has granted a Section 148(1) order issued by the MSC revoking the cease trade order against Eleven Evergreen. The cease trade order was filed by the MSC on November 3rd, 2010.
The cease trade orders imposed by the OSC and the MSC, respectively, were for failure by Eleven Evergreen to file its audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2009, management's discussion and analysis relating to the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009, interim financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2010, management's discussion and analysis relating to the interim financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2010 and certification, and certification of the foregoing filings as required by National Instrument 52-109.
On August 7, 2012, Eleven Evergreen filed its audited financial statement for years ending December 31, 2010 and December 31, 2011 together with the management discussion and analysis for the financial years ended September 30, 2011 and the certifications required with respect thereto. All subsequent filings have been made and its continuous disclosure record is up to date.
