Eldorado Gold Announces Election of Directors


VANCOUVER, May 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Eldorado Gold Corporation ("Eldorado" "the Company" or "We"), in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, announced the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on May 25, 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia.  The director nominees as listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated April 5, 2016 were elected as directors of Eldorado at the meeting as follows:
