The study measures overall client satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on a number of performance factors. Not only did Edward Jones score 791 over the industry average of 755, they also scored particularly well in four of the six performance factors: Investment Advisor, Investment Performance, Account Offerings and Commissions and Fees.
