LINCOLN, England, Dec. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - Dynex Power Inc. today announced that it has accepted subscriptions for 8,279,948 shares as part of its current rights issue and has instructed the share registrars to issue the new shares. The rights issue remains open until December 30th, 2009 but as early subscriptions for a significant number of shares had been received, the company decided to have these shares issued before the Christmas break. This issue will take the total number of common shares to 48,475,662. It is not intended to accept any further subscriptions until the final closing date of the rights issue.
