Drinking water alert in Dorval - Do not drink water for preventive measure

DORVAL, QC, Oct. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Following a water main break in Dorval, a contamination may have taken place in the distribution system in the following sector:

    
    The area affected is bounded in the west by the Windham Airport Hotel, in
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    the south by the north side of autoroute 520 (Côte-de-Liesse Road), in
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    the east by Highway 13, and in the north by Côte-Vertu (both sides).

    However, the Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau Airport terminal is not affected by

IN THE MEANTIME, AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, PEOPLE OF THIS SECTOR MUST NOT DRINK THEIR TAP WATER AND MUST USE ONLY BOTTLED WATER FOR DRINKING, WASHING FOOD, AND FOR DENTAL HYGIENE.

This notice remains in force until a further written notice confirming that the drinking water is safe to consume is distributed by the City of Dorval. It is important to remember that only the written notice distributed by the City of Dorval will guarantee that the situation has returned to normal.
