Down Syndrome Association of Toronto Opens the Market

TORONTO, May 6, 2016 /CNW/ - Bhaskar Thiagaran, President, Down Syndrome Association of Toronto (DSAT) joined Steven Mills, Regional Head, TSX Company Services, Toronto Stock Exchange & TSX Venture Exchange to open the market to raise awareness for DSAT's fourth annual Buddy Walk®. The Down Syndrome Association of Toronto is a parent organized and led charity which works to achieve the goals of maximization of individual potential, integration, and full participation of persons with Down syndrome in the community. Founded in 1995, the Buddy Walk® is a 3 km walk along Ashbridges Bay boardwalk, which raises funds for education, research, advocacy and community based programs. This year's walk will take place on Saturday May 7.
