Departure and travel times adjusted for GO Bus trips along Lakeshore East

TORONTO, Aug. 26, 2010 /CNW/ - Starting Saturday, September 4, several changes have been made to the Hwy 2 GO Bus schedules to better reflect actual travel times. The changes include some earlier departure times.

Starting Tuesday, September 7, departure and travel times have been adjusted on the Oshawa Hwy 401 GO bus trips leaving Oshawa, Whitby and Ajax GO Stations to Scarborough Town Centre and Finch GO Terminal.

To improve travel time and bus capacity for Oshawa, Whitby and Ajax, some bus trips during the morning rush hour will serve Oshawa and Whitby GO Stations only without stopping in Ajax, and some express trips will originate at Ajax GO Station. These changes also include some earlier departure times.

For all new times, please see the new schedules online. The public can also call 416.869.3200, 1.888.GET ON GO (438.6646), or 1.800.387.3652 TTY, or check the Schedules section at gotransit.com.
